Custom Beef Processing

Not only are we 5th generation cattle raisers, we are also 3rd generation meat producers. Eddie’s father Sam started, owned and operated the local meat packing house in Lockney for 31 years. Though Lockney Meat Company closed in 2009, Eddie continues the legacy with our own small batch, custom beef for families looking for top notch quality. Our operation is BQA Certified.

    • HOW DO I ORDER BULK BEEF? Call/Text (806)-231-8033. We will guide you through the selection process and assign your name for the next available processing slot. A $500 deposit is required to submit your cutting order.

    • I'M NOT LOCAL TO YOU, CAN I STILL GET BEEF? Absolutely! We can ship cargo through most any larger airport. Call/Text for more details.

    • I WANT TO ORDER AND SET UP DELIVERY, HOW DO I DO THAT? You have the option to order by phone (806)231-8033 and can set up a delivery drop location ($10-$20 fee). Online ordering gives the options for delivery or local pickup. If you receive an error, select “Local Pickup” & contact the number above to set up a delivery location & time.

    • WHAT IF I ORDER A WEIGHTED ITEM ONLINE? You will receive a 2nd invoice with the weighted adjustments and a link to pay the difference.

    • DO YOU CHARGE A CREDIT CARD FEE? Yes, our credit card provider charges a 3.5% convenience fee that you will receive a separate invoice for.
